Per AI-drafted inspection
AI cost + 25% + $1.50
The AI cost is what the draft actually used, so a larger inspection costs a little more than a small one. The 25% covers payment processing on the pass-through. The per-inspection fee is charged once, even if you draft the inspection again. Everything appears on the billing page the moment a draft finishes, and on your next monthly invoice.
Inspections you do without an AI draft carry no extra charge.
Questions about billing
- What does an AI draft cost?
- The AI cost of each draft, to the cent, plus the per-inspection fee. A typical inspection with a couple of hundred photos costs a few dollars to draft; large inspections cost a little more. The exact amount shows on your billing page as soon as the draft finishes.
- What if I draft the same inspection twice?
- Only the AI cost of the second draft is charged. The per-inspection fee is charged once per inspection.
- Is there a charge for inspections I do by hand?
- No. Inspections without an AI draft are covered by the subscription.
- How am I billed?
- Through Stripe. The subscription renews monthly and each inspection charge is a line on the next invoice. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel from the billing page in the app.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Cancel any time and the subscription ends at the close of the current month.
