In the next several months, I will do an editorial focusing on where things stand in the housing market. It looks to me like we are getting close to “fair value.” Now the question becomes “How much will we overshoot?” I continue to hold the view that understanding the U.S. housing market is an important key to understanding the outlook for the global economy.
